Elevate'17 Website
When we started planning for our 2017 Elevate conference we didn't have a theme, but we had a location. We decided to hold our first conference in Denver, CO. I had the opportunity to work very closely with the Events team planning for this, and I even attended a site visit with the team last summer. We designed the website to be informational and friendly, but also smart and professional because we needed to work twice as hard to establish the authenticity of our first conference. Above, I've included snippets of sections in order to cut down on the length of the website - it was all on a single page that you scrolled down.
Conference Hall Signage
These are graphic files of the designs I created for the conference hall space. For the actual event we went with a "Back to the Future" theme, even going so far as to rent a Delorean car. The idea was that, "You've been using old tools to solve new problems. It's time to get back to the future with MSPComplete". We wanted it to be fun and nostalgic, playing off old games like Snake, Pac Man, and Tetris. Many of the partners who attended were in the technology field in the 80's so we were hoping to hit a chord with them. Overall, we wanted the conference look and feel to be fun in the common areas, whereas in the session rooms we remained minimalist to avoid distraction from the actual material being presented by the speakers.
