During the Spring of 2016, we three designers at BitTitan worked on this one infographic together to hand out at the Microsoft WPC conference. We wanted to promote our new company blog (www.ModernMSP.com) and establish ourselves as a fun, but intelligent thought leader in the industry. We did a variety of sketches and brainstormed the sections together using astronaut training camp as the metaphor for preparing yourself to be a modern MSP.
